Test category: In-situ analysis of Major and trace elements
Test target: silicate, carbonate, sulfate, phosphate, sulfide, oxide (zircon, baddeleyite, apatite, monazite, titanite, wolframite, scheelite, brannerite, cassiterite, corundum, olivine, pyroxene, garnet, feldspar, amphibole, mica, calaite, magnetite, pyrite, foraminifer, shell, etc.)
Test period: 5-10 work days
Requirements:
1. Thin sections, thick sections, or polished sections, length ≤ 5 cm, width ≤ 3 cm, thickness ≤ 0.8 cm, analysis spot marked on the reflected light images.
2. Measurements can be done either by customer or our technicians.
Analytical methods:
1. In-situ trace element analysis of minerals by LA-ICP-MS
2. In-situ trace element analysis of sulfides by LA-ICP-MS
Measurement results for G-Probe testing program：
